For BYO Catering – flat rate fee of $15 per person (minimum 60 guests). If the number of guests fall below 60, the minimum payment still must be met. There will also be an additional $600 charge for kitchen/preparation staff. This fee includes our in-house team plating, presenting and serving food brought onto the vessel, including reheating items that need to be re-warmed (oven use only). We will also supply all service platters, service utensils and disposable plates/cutlery/napkins. |
